Terms & Conditions for the "Christmas on Us" Referral Program

Effective Date: Oct 1, 2024

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the "Christmas on Us" Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The payout for successful referrals will be applicable only to the management fee for the month of December.
Payout is only applicable as a deduction of standard management fee. It will not be paid out in cash, check, gift cards or other tenders.
Payout amounts and eligibility are subject to Hite’s discretion.

2. Payout

To qualify for the Program, referrals must meet the following criteria:

The referred business must have been operating for at least three (3) years.
The referred business must have a minimum of five (5) employees.
The current client must introduce a member of the Hite team to the client via email, text or another appropriate avenue.

3. Right to Modify or Suspend

Hite reserves the right to modify or suspend this Program at any time, without prior notice.

4. Legitimacy of Referrals

Hite reserves the right to withhold any promotional offering if a referral is determined to be illegitimate or does not meet the eligibility criteria.

5. Meeting Requirement

Business owners must schedule and attend a meeting with a Hite representative as part of the referral process. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from receiving any promotional offerings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

8. Amendments

Hite reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
